Frontend Developer

The ideal Front End Developer candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will translate user and business needs into functional frontend design. Other responsibilities include day-to-day website maintenance, site audits, code reviews, and verification.

Working knowledge and experience using Vue.JS and/or React.JS is a must.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional front-end code.

Qualifications

• Must have front-end website development experience, specifically using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.JS, and/or React.JS
• 2+ years experience in front-end development
• Experience with responsive frameworks and cross-browser and multi-platform.
• Experience creating HTML email campaigns.
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment like an agency or a start-up.

The position is based at our office in Izmir.

• A keen eye for design and Pixel-perfect design capability.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Functional knowledge of JavaScript / jQuery.
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SASS and Bootstrap with a deep understanding of the latest internet technologies to develop responsive and functional high-quality final products.
• Experience in distributed version control systems such as Git and Git workflows.
• Strong knowledge of standard web application development principles and in particular performance optimization.
• Extensive experience in accessibility standards, responsive web development, and cross-device, cross-browser compatibilities.
• Proficient in working with project management tools.
• Ability to read and write English documents and basic communication.
